ABOUT THE FIRM

                The law firm of Steven C. Sasser, P.C. is dedicated to providing its clients with the highest quality of legal services. Over the last 14 years, Steven C. Sasser has assisted clients of all sizes with their legal matters.  His clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies and nationwide banking institutions to individuals seeking assistance with one time legal matters. The firm is counsel to several local and national companies and provides a wide range of legal representation on a variety of issues.  Mr. Sasser also maintains contacts with a number of firms and individuals for referrals on matters not handled by the firm.

             The firm’s offices are located in Decatur, Alabama.  This allows for easy access to the state and federal courts of North Alabama and allows the firm to provide services across North Alabama. Representation is generally limited to the Alabama counties of   Colbert, Lawrence, Lauderdale, Limestone, Madison and Morgan.

             The firm has embraced the use of technology to assist in providing legal services.  With access to major legal computer databases and update services, the staff is able to stay current on developments in the fields of practice.  The staff also utilizes a variety of technical tools to assist in communicating with clients and in the preparation of work product. The staff recognizes, however, that technology cannot, and should not, replace the human element important in providing its services.
